the camacho family

Serving faithfully in Ensenada, Mexico.

Olive Tree Children's Ministries provides care to needy children in the Ensenada, Baja Mexico community. Francisco and Elva Camacho are the local missionaries who, with the help of their family, local churches and short term mission groups, supplement children and their families with basic needs. Many of these children are living in work camps, villages or colonies without daily meals or adequate shelter. Some live in houses without floors, wooden pallets for walls and in some instances, tarps stretched over tree limbs called home. MBC sends teams down during the summer and winter to support Francisco and Elva in their efforts!

"Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may speed ahead and be honored, as happened among you."  - 2 Thessalonians 3:1 ESV
Will you commit to praying this Scripture for us throughout 2017? We have become increasingly aware of the principalities, powers and the spiritual wickedness in high places that seek to twist and confuse the truth of God's Word. As we move forward into 2017, we have been re-awakened to the reality that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood in this ministry. Therefore, dear friend, we ask you to stand with us in prayer that the Word of the Lord may SPEED AHEAD and be HONORED both in us and through us in 2017!
Dear Brothers and Sisters, please pray for us!

The Tokyo Taylors

Serving faithfully in Tokyo, Japan.

The Taylors have been sharing the gospel in Japan through church planting, leadership training, music and the arts. Ken and Bola have been described as musicianaries as they use extremely creative ministries and relevant strategies in sharing the gospel to the Japanese. As modern church planters, the Taylors are involved in effective evangelistic mission strategies and projects. Black Gospel music is a phenomenon in Japan, popularized by the movie Sister Act. Ken and Bola lead a growing network of gospel choirs called Hallelujah Gospel Family (HGF) consisting of about 70 choirs with over 1,000 members where 80% of whom are not-yet-Christians. They strategically partner with local churches and intentionally develop relationships. The gospel is shared through rehearsals, regional and combined concerts, and even international tours. Through this creative ministry, a steady number of choir members are becoming Christians and thousands are exposed to the good news through Black Gospel music.

SOUTHEAST ASIA TEAM

Praise God for providing a way for us to minister alongside pastors in Asia last summer! Our team was able to spend time in Thailand, Cambodia & Laos working together with Ethnos Asia's ministry to the persecuted church.

We had the opportunity to go into new territories of faith that stretched our trust in the work of the Holy Spirit both in our lives and the lives of those we met. The persecuted church still needs your prayer.

Thank you for partnering with us in prayer!
